Lace up those running shoes and pound the pavement in support of DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital! The Run for the Love of Dove is a flat and fast 5K through the neighborhoods of NW Portland. Strollers, dogs, music… it’s all allowed! Dogs must be kept on a leash. Post-race festivities include food, drink, entertainment and a silly pet tricks contest.

This 5K run walk event is a testament to the greater Hillsboro community’s resolve to help fight all forms of cancer. This annual family friendly event is a prelude to the largest 4th of July parade in Oregon (the famous Hillsboro Rotary Parade). 10th Year! This race has been praised for its level of organization and beautiful scenery! The races start and finish in downtown Camas, which is only ~25 minutes from Downtown Portland.
