Withdrawal Policy
AA Sports Withdrawal Policy:
NO REFUNDS
If you wish to withdraw from an AA Sports Event, you may receive a credit for a future AA Sports Event. The credit is valid for up to 2 years. You must notify us in writing via e-mail to events@aasportsltd.com if you intend to withdraw and meet one of the following scenarios.
- Notify AA Sports 30 days or more prior to the start of the event date of your withdrawal you will receive a credit towards a future AA Sports owned event. This credit only includes the amount paid for the race entry fee minus a $15.00 internal handling/processing charge. Online processing fees will not be included with your credit.
- If you have a MEDICAL Reason, you need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to compete. This letter must be received by AA Sports 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the event date in order for you to receive your race event credit. This credit only covers the race entry fee. Online processing fees will not be included in your credit.
Transfer Policy
We allow a transfer of registration if handled according to the policy outlined:
Transfer must take place within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event and submitted in writing to: events@aasportsltd.com
Please send an e-mail with your name, event and distance in which you are participating, and the athlete who you are transferring your entry. All new athletes must also fill out proper registration forms and sign waivers.
